Happy July everyone & happy Canada day to my Canadian friends. Today I went to Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn, as you faithful readers know I have explored Greenwood many times and have posted my pictures in this blog.
As I mentioned previously Greenwood is so massive & there are always new things to discover at Greenwood. Today I saw the final resting places of; Juan Trippe the founder of Pan Am airlines, Trippe's mother Lucy whose father was a master criminal and the supposed inspiration for the Prof. Moriarty character from the "Sherlock Holmes" series, Henry Chadwick who is called the father of baseball & the Ebbets family of Brooklyn Dodgers fame among others.
