Clouder is a band who makes really, really good music. Clouder has a really unique sound that's The Pixies, with 2 parts "Life's Rich Pageant" era REM guitars, vocals that alternate between Joe Strummer from the Clash's punk growl and Peter Murphy from Bauhas' somber baritone mixed in with some amazing Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd melodies.
