Oh Kayne!

Oh Kayne West why do you make it so hard for me to like you and your music!? I want to think you are interesting and I want to think the music you make is revolutionary but; your new music is meh, you are doing strange things on national TV such as ambushing sweet Taylor Swift at the VMA's and coming out with videos for your blah new songs that are basically hour long perfume commercials! And now your latest statement or Kayneism is that; Coldplay are the new Beatles...Kayne.. Coldplay is the new lame and Chris Martin is a douche!

Below is the video for Kayne's song "Jesus Walks", to me this is Kayne West's best and edgiest song. "Jesus Walks" made me take notice of Kayne when I first heard the song.

I love Motel Motel

As many of you devoted readers know I think Motel Motel is one of the finest Brooklyn bands out there right now. The band has a new album out that you need to download called "The Big Island"!

I posted some Motel Motel videos below. The first is a preview of songs from the band's 2008 release "New Denver", the second is a clip I've posted on the blog before (and you need to see and hear it again) it's the clip for the band's single "Coffee" which is off their 2007 EP "Old York" and the last clip is the band performing the single "Cowboy" live, "Cowboy" can be found on the band's latest album "The Big Island".
