Stellar performances were given and a good time was had by all at the Sept Whatever blog party, which was held on Wednesday of this past week 9/29 at the Glasslands in Brooklyn. Big hugs and thanks go out to; The Senors of Marseille, Shark?, Bottle Up and Go, The Sundelles, Wyndham and Nick from Dearland & the Diamond Doves, the mega awesome staff at the Glasslands and all who came out!

I'm happy to report that I remembered to bring my camera to this party and below are the pictures from the September Whatever blog party.

If your wondering about when the next blog party will be, it will be in November. The reason being is October is for; CMJ, My Morning Jacket at Terminal 5, Pee Wee Herman on Broadway and the Yankees in the playoffs & then in the series (come on it's gonna happen!), so we'll resume our fun & live music goodness again at the Glasslands in November! Be on the look out for the announcement of the November Whatever party.

The Whatever blog's friend's at the This Week In New York blog gave our little September blog party a nice little write up this week, if you click on the title of this blog post you can read that nice little write up.

And I'm sure as all of you faithful readers know the September Whatever blog party happens tomorrow night 9/29 at the Glasslands in Brooklyn. The fun all starts at 8pm and Shark?, The Senors of Marseille, Bottle Up and Go and a super secret headling band all play, Wyndham and Nick from Elvis Perkins in Dearland and the Diamond Doves DJ the evening. It's eight dollars and 21 and over to get in. The Glasslands is located at 289 Kent Avenue btw S.1st & S.2nd Streets in Williamsburg Brooklyn.

All Whatever blog parties are great fun and beyond MAJOR and tomorrow night's party is no exception! I hope to see you all there!

Veering away from music for just a bit..my new favorite TV show is a British reality show called "Snog, Marry or Avoid?. The premise of this show is this; a trashy looking "slap addict" (think any of the female cast members of "The Jersey Shore") girl gets a high tech "make under" by a witty big camera called P.O.D. Before they get their "make unders" P.O.D. polls the public on if they would like to "Snog (Brit slang for kiss), Marry or Avoid these girls and most of the public says that they would avoid these girls! The "make under" starts and girls are then given the options of choosing what hair styles, make up styles and clothing styles they want for their "make unders". Once the "make unders" are done it's amazing how much better these girls look!

The powers that be really need to make an American version of "Snog, Marry or Avoid" and the first "make under" candidates for the American version should be the female cast members of "The Jersey Shore"!
