Beach House, Mother's Day and May party

Last night I had the pleasure of seeing Baltimore's Beach House play Webster Hall here in NYC. I tried to get pictures with my camera but all the pictures I took were a bit washed out (ironically Washed Out was the name of Beach House's opening act last night)due to the strong lights. Normally my little Nikon digital camera takes good shots, but last night made me realize I really need a professional camera to take show pictures. None the less the show was awesome and I will have a review posted soon.

Anyhow below is the Michael P. created flyer for the May blog party which goes down on May 19th at the Glasslands Gallery in Brooklyn. Small Mountain Path, Schocholautte, The Art of Shooting, The Spanish Prisoners and Pretty Good Dance Moves all play. And there are gonna be some really cool surprises in store at this show..I can't tell you what they are your gonna have to come out to see!




This Sunday is Mother's Day all over the world. So to all the Mommies out there HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! All Moms love the Beatles, in honor of all the Moms and Mother's Day here is a trippy clip of the planets set to "Across The Universe" by the Beatles.

Everyone has been as effed up as these people in these clips and everyone has said the same stupid things..don't think you haven't! The best and funniest parts of these clips are the actors miming the drunk people's words hiccups and cuss words included!
